Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026

This is a draft, pending legal review, published for transparency while Prm is in development. It is not a final, binding document.

This is a draft, published for transparency while Prm is in development. It has not been finalized or reviewed by legal counsel, and it does not constitute a binding agreement for a publicly available service, Prm is not yet available to the public.

1. About this draft

These draft terms describe, in general terms, how Prm is intended to work. They are not final, and Prm does not currently offer its service to members of the public on the basis of this document.

2. Eligibility

When Prm does become available, it is expected to be limited to individuals who can complete identity verification (BVN, a government-issued document, and a liveness check) and who are located in Nigeria. This may change before public launch.

3. Your account

You will be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your verified account. Prm uses identity verification specifically so that account activity can be tied to a verified person.

4. How transactions work

Every transaction is expected to show its amount, any fee, and the total before you confirm it, and to reflect a real status (such as processing, successful, or failed) rather than an assumed one. Prm does not currently publish a fee schedule, see Pricing.

5. What Prm does not currently do

Prm does not currently claim to hold any specific banking license, deposit insurance coverage, or regulatory authorization. Where Prm's product pages describe a capability as "in development" or "planned," that capability is not currently available.

6. Termination

We expect to reserve the right to suspend or close an account that violates these terms once they are finalized, or where required by law.

7. Changes

These draft terms will change materially before any public launch, and a final version will be presented for acceptance at that time.
